Louis Leblanc Louis Leblanc began his career as a specialist trader on the floor of the Montreal Exchange in 1983, before directing his full attention to meeting the specialized needs of immigrant investors. He graduated with a BA in Economics from Montréals McGill University in 1983, where he was a Faculty Scholar.

Stan Siscoe Stan Siscoe joined National Bank Financial as an Investment Advisor in 1985. Before that, he was a financial analyst with Canadian Pacific and Nortel, two of Canadas leading corporations. Stan Siscoe graduated with a B. Comm. from the University of British Columbia in 1977, and earned a Licentiate in Accounting in 1978.
